SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING (For Stock Items at Swanky Mutt Boutique, including toys, treats, bandanas, mini signs, and gift boxes):

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email soon after you place your order to let you know your order is being processed and shipped. Shipping costs are calculated according to weight, and shipping options are displayed at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING (For Print on Demand items, including mugs, tote bags, apparel, canvas prints, hardcover journals, and pillows):

These items are made to order using print on demand printing and fulfillment services. Processing time varies depending on the product type and current order volume. On average, please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your item will ship. We offer several shipping options through our print on demand company’s partner carriers. Details of shipping options will be provided at checkout. On average, most print on demand items will ship between 2-7 days after order is processed. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
